I will help you through a throughout intake assessment, by analyzing your dietary intake, and reviewing your lab work results (if available). Based on what I find, I will suggest particular dietary modifications, supplements and/or herbs. But it doesn’t stop there. We will explore deeper emotional issues that may be keeping you from having better health. I will hold a safe space for you to open up so that we can get to the root cause of your issues. I will then help you integrate the changes you need to make in order to live a healthy, fulfilling life.
My approach is evidenced-based and results-oriented. I pour through research to have the best information available on hand. At the same time, I recognize that our bodies and minds react to things in different ways. I heed the advice in yoga that you should “listen to your body” given its innate wisdom. The body knows best despite what we may think or believe. Whether you’re a hardcore carnivore, vegan, or somewhere in between (so long as you’re not an breatharian), I will help you to turn your health around once and for all 🙂
